What data we collect

When you book or send an enquiry, we collect only what is needed to fulfil the booking:

• first and last name
• email address and phone number
• arrival and departure dates and number of guests
• your optional notes and requests

We never see or store payment details (card number, bank login) — payment takes place entirely within the Montonio environment.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the booking and accommodation service (legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet legal obligations such as accounting (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

Processors

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Montonio Finance UAB — payment processing
• Smoobu GmbH — booking and calendar management
• Resend — booking notification emails
• our web hosting provider (server and database)

Some providers may process data outside Estonia within the European Economic Area; we ensure contractual and legal safeguards.

How long we keep data

We keep booking data for as long as necessary to provide the service and as required by law. Accounting source documents are kept for 7 years. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data (unless we must retain it), to restrict processing and to object. Contact welcome@pangasaunahytt.ee. If you believe we breach data protection rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. language preference and session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the website applies.
