Booking Terms

1. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed after successful payment via Montonio (bank link, card, Apple Pay / Google Pay). The displayed total includes accommodation for the selected period and any selected extras (e.g. hot tub, additional guest). Confirmation is sent by email.

If the selected dates have become unavailable by the time of payment, the payment is cancelled and the amount is refunded in full.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00. Other times by prior arrangement.

3. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation and refunds are governed by Panga Saunahütt's cancellation policy, published separately on the website. General principle: the earlier you cancel, the larger the refund.

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the booking.

4. House rules

• Maximum number of guests is the number agreed in the booking; additional guests only by prior arrangement.
• The cabin is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only outdoors in the designated area.
• Pets only by prior arrangement (a pet fee may apply).
• Please respect the neighbours' peace and the natural surroundings.

5. Sauna and hot tub

Use of the wood-fired sauna and hot tub is at your own risk. Please follow safety guidance; children only under adult supervision. The host will explain the heating if needed.

6. Liability

The guest is responsible for any damage caused. The host is not liable for guests' personal belongings or for circumstances beyond the host's control (e.g. a power outage in the rural area).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, or failing agreement, by an Estonian court.
