Cancellation terms

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
• 14–7 days before arrival: we refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.

How to cancel

To cancel, contact us by email (welcome@pangasaunahytt.ee) or phone (+372 53 496 832). The time of cancellation is when your notice reaches us.

Refund

We refund to the same payment method used for the booking, normally within 14 days of confirming the cancellation.

Cancellation by us

If, due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical failure or force majeure), we cannot provide the accommodation, we will cancel the booking and refund 100% of the amount paid. We do not compensate other costs.

Force majeure

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. sudden illness, natural disaster), please contact us — we will find a reasonable solution, such as a new date or a refund, depending on the situation.
